Perez Hauling is one of the few full-service haulers that will handle dirt, gravel, concrete or asphalt removal. We happily do this necessary and difficult work as part of our commitment to providing complete service. Depending on the project we can also carry out demolitions.

The type of dirt or debris determines the removal method, and these methods have significantly different costs. Clean fill soil is free of organic materials and rocks and is usually the cheapest to remove. It is less desirable to cover the soil or soil with organic materials; contractors can’t use it because it doesn’t compact well. Mixed dirt is also more difficult to remove. Concrete and asphalt also come neat or mixed with rebar and soil. Clean concrete and asphalt are easy to recycle.
